Iris as one of the major telecommunication and engineering services company in Turkey and the region established its Research and Development Department in 2001 in order to drive a path to high level engineering tools and software products. Iris cares very much about Research, Development and Innovation activities. It is believed that the crucial component of such development processes is the know-how and the commitment a company has over the years. Being in the industry for more that 8 years and experiencing in multi-vendor telecom software and hardware environments tell us what, how and when to achieve industry expectations. Since the industry is keen on having cost-effective solutions the most of our effort is spend on finding out the best-optimized solutions as well as providing customized approaches.
Iris R&D Department developed and produced an optimization tool called “Iris Optimizer” and now in the process of developing an air interface test tool called “Iriscope” to increase efficiency, decrease cost and especially not to be dependent on other sources.
Iris R&D engineers are working for Turkey’s transition to “Know-How Age” by innovating new products to meet industry expectation.
