Radio Network Performance Monitoring
IRIS engineers make a detailed study on the overall radio network performance of your network. Both statistical and drive test data used in this study. Parameter effects are added on top this study. Results are presented in a report. Aim of this service is to show the operator how their network is performing, the strong points of the network and what needs to be improved in order to become more attractive for the subscribers.
Performance Evaluation and Improvements
This service is an ongoing activity that periodically measures your network performance in a defined area and creates reports with short & long term recommendations targeting to solve problems and to improve network performance. Both statistical and drive test data used in this study and GSM/GPRS/EDGE services are all covered.
Benchmarking
This service provides a detailed comparative report between the customer’s and competitor networks on general service performance. Also highlights the weak and strong points of your network against the others. It is even possible to benchmark your network with a competitor of yours in a different continent.
New Site Verification
This service is provided both during the new network establishment and expansion of your existing network. With this service, IRIS verifies whether the new integrated sites are functioning properly or not. Sites are checked against call setup, handovers, loose connections, cross connections, service area and service quality. Reports created for each site with detailed explanation on site performance with recommendations for today and for future. Statistical data is also used if available.
Frequency Spectrum Analysis
When making new frequency plan or when you need a deep analysis of your frequency band in order to have better utilization or to identify external interference, IRIS Frequency Spectrum Analysis serves you well on purpose. Report prepared at the end of the service with all the findings out of the analysis.
Emergency Support
In case of an emergency investigation request for the solutions of crucial problems, IRIS Emergency Support is in your service for 7/24. This service is useful when a VIP person paying a visit to a particular place or before the important organizations like games etc. Before the event, IRIS assures for you that there will not be any inconvenience due to your network services. Also if a very important complaint received and an immediate solution needed, IRIS is there for you.
GSM/GPRS/EDGE Field Data Measurements
Field Data Measurements for GSM/GPRS/EDGE service is available and great deal of experience in this area is gained. All measurements are done with latest tools according to agreed scenarios based on subscriber behaviors.
Voice Quality Measurements
Voice Quality is the one of the most important Key Performance Indicator for the customer perceived quality. With IRIS Voice Quality Measurement service, it is possible to measure your network’s voice quality with the latest techniques and with the latest tools. The report is prepared with the support of deep investigations on the voice affecting factors in order to enhance the voice quality by removing the problems over the network and fine tuning it. ITU approved algorithms like PESQ, P.862.1 are used.
