Corrective Maintenance

The aim of the Corrective Maintenance service is contributing to sustained high network availability with fast and accurate restoration of hardware faults. It is required to have some supportive activities to be in synchronisation with this service in order to provide best possible service. These are Spare Part Management, System Support and Operational departments of the operator. IRIS provides this service with reliable resources and in the possible shortest reaction times.

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance is one other main contributor of sustained high network availability. Periodical inspections, testing, repairing and replacement of items that are subject to degeneration of performance activities are performed under this concept. IRIS is undertaking the responsibility of all these activities and more for you according to the agreed plan considering the type of hardware and environmental conditions.

Planned Activities

This service is mainly covering the hardware configuration changes and hardware checks that are planned in advance as an outcome of optimisation services or directly from operator. IRIS can replace the old antennas for you with a new type, down tilt the antennas, fixes the loose/cross connections etc. In synchronization with optimisation, this activity speeds up the whole performance improvement process.
