IRIS Network Maintenance services are divided into the modules. Combinations of different modules form the services. Each module is also available stand-alone. This system enables IRIS services to be tailored according to the customer requirements. Following are the descriptions of the maintenance service modules.
This service module is the one for the Corrective Maintenance Service under Radio Network Maintenance. Under this concept, IRIS provides fast and accurate restoration of hardware failures according to the agreed criteria and priorities. Thus, the availability of network resources is maximized and the service quality is enhanced.
In this module, periodical inspection, testing, repairing, replacement activities are carried out for the Radio Network equipments according to agreed program with the operator. Inventory of equipments would also be included in this module upon request.
